You will be receiving a 2024/2025 Sign-up Package from Michael Cebryk which holds the Welcome Letter and the two Waiver Forms:

  • • Please pass these out to your Team and have them read the information and sign both Waiver Forms. Once they sign their 60+ Waiver Form –they consent, that they fully understand and will follow all Rules, the Constitution, Referee Guidelines, Health Guidelines and Protocols as written and found on the 60+ Website. The CARHA Waiver Form for their Insurance needs to be signed as well. Once they sign it and pay their $30 Membership Fee,

We will send it to CARHA.

Not all players have email

Therefore, once we send out the schedules and rosters to all players by email, we will ask the players to email or phone their Captains to say that they have received the information. Those not responding to their captains via e-mail or phone, will then have to be called via the captains. This will shorten the captains’ workload.

Spares– as a reminder; one of your duties is to make sure you remind anyone sparing on your team to be sure and pay the $10 Spare Fee plus the $30 membership Fee if they have not paid already.

If one chooses a spare off the spare list, he needs to pay for playing.

The Player being subbed for does not pocket the $$$, it must go to the 60+ League. We all work hard to keep the fees low such as no Honorariums for the Executive or our referees and lots of players volunteer their free time to do the little extras, such as you. Therefore, it is imperative that we collect every dollar to make sure we cover our budget and keep the fees low. I am sure you will follow up and collect those much-appreciated spare fees.

Always Check your schedules Closely!

  • All Spares pay $10 per game even if you are full-time or splitting. If you spare/sub for someone; you must pay the $10 fee.
  •  Do not Send your spare/sub fees by E: transfer

Cash or cheque only.

There is a Substitute Logbook on the Counter in the Dressing Room-please sign the sheet when you spare and who you are sparing for.

If you are sparing and paying in Cash or a Cheque—use the envelopes provided; write on the envelope what the $$$ are for and deposit it in the Grey Cash Safe on the counter. Some players are just throwing Cash in the Safe; we need to know what the $$$ are for. Help the Bookkeeper!!!

All players must have a red and white sweater- some players are using another color such as blue for dark—get them to have one red and one white please. They do not have to be only white or red but those colors.

Enjoy your September October Session!

Thanks for your cooperation.

Armond, Scott, Gerry, Stan, Ernie, Michael, Chuck, and Grant.
