Captain’s responsibilities
Please do the following:
- We want only one envelope per team into the safe.
- Write the 5 names on the Envelope–the Team number–example-B-4.
- Write down how each paid–cash, cheque or email transfer.
- and the amount for one month or two. If one–name the month.
- Cash and cheques into the envelope please.
- Collect Fees of –$160 for the 2 month Session–$80 for one month
- Did all your players sign both waivers, Membership and CARHA forms?
- Did all your players pay the Yearly Membership Fee of $30
- If subs appear on your team–make sure they pay their $10 Sub Fee and fill in the sub log book
- If you didn’t receive confirmation from your players that they received their schedules/rosters
- Call them!

Player Responsibilities:
- the Fee for two monthly sessions is $160–16 games
- If you’re playing both months–try to pay the $160 all at once
- If you are playing only one month–$80
- Pay your Captain by cheque or cash or indicate that you are using e-transfer
- Don’t throw cheques or cash individually into the safe.
- If paying by cheque ensure to make the itemized cheque out to “Saskatoon 60 Plus Hockey”
- If you are using e-transfer for your payment and need help: https://saskatoon60plushockey.net/e-transfers/.
- Have you signed your Membership and CARHA forms? The forms you are required to complete are located in your team envelope in the box on the counter.
- Have you paid your yearly Membership fee 0f $30?
- If you are on the Stall Waiting List and have not paid the maximum stall fee of $300, you need to pay the minimum annual fee of $50.
- If you’re subbing–$10 in an envelope–into the safe. Subs pay by Cash or Cheque only. Be sure and write who you are subbing for in the sub book on the counter
- If you are a spare or a dedicated official, you are also required to complete both forms and pay the membership fee.
- Your schedules and rosters will arrive through our comprehensive email platform called MailerLite which is sent out to all active players in our player directory.
