Hi Everyone–Just a follow-up to our findings at our Executive Meeting held Thursday November 14th.. Surprising that we have A)some Membership fees( $30) not paid, B) some Outstanding Sept/ October fees not paid and C) some waiver forms not signed:
This applies to all subs, goalies and all full-time guys and everyone on the Website Directories:
- Everyone who is in the Website Directories-Players, Goalies and Subs must pay the $30 Membership fee to stay on the Directories and play and stay in the League.
- If you haven’t paid–please do it asap–cash or cheque into the safe or email transfer $30. It’s a one-time yearly fee usually paid in Sept/Oct. If you have already left for Florida and other warm spots–catch up when you get back please.
- Delinquent on Game Fees for Sept/Oct–please catch up immediately. If payment is a problem-please work with our Treasurer- Brian Sinclair on a payment plan that works for both parties. We’re nice guys–we’ll work with you.
- Delinquent Waiver Forms– two forms 60+ and CARHA- need to be signed by the end of November by everyone as listed above. Let’s get down to the rink and get them signed.
- Note–If you are playing in the 50+ and the 60+league–you need to sign a CARHA Waiver Form for each League. So, please get it done.
- Nov/ Dec Captains–please follow-up with your 5 guys. Make sure they have done the above.
- To help out our Treasurer– a new Captain letter for the Jan/ Feb 2025 Session will be out soon outlining how we want fees collected–all in one envelope please–no random cheque and cash just thrown into the safe. One envelope per team works best for Brian.
- In fact –Captains can practice this format for this Session–Nov/ Dec 2024. Pay your Captain.
- Naturally, Sub fees – $10/game –go into the safe as always.
- So, let’s work together on this and catch-up. Our Treasurer-Brian Sinclair and our Waiver Form Coordinator–Michael Cebryk– are spending countless hours on reconciliation.
