This email is for those new to our league and for those of us that have trouble remembering what they did last week.
Our assistant website administrators are Grant Miller and Neil MacIntyre. Grant and Neil have complete administrative privileges for our website.

There are >300 players in our directory which is password protected (_________) Also, our player directory is all on one page. Because the entire directory is on one page, you could use your web browser ( Chrome or Safari) to search the entire directory to see whose phone number just called you.
Everyone should at least look at both web pages to see if the information is correct. Grant’s and Neil’s email address are on the pages if changes are required.
Murray Taylor continues to be our communications director and maintain a Google Groups email list. Google Groups is used by the executive for important emails neccessary for our league (like this one)
Important emails are also posted on our website as Posts. Posts are listed on the home page and their own page. So if your email is not working you can check posts.

The league page is open to the public. Most of those 19 links get updated regularly, some more than others.
For example, the team rosters page is always updated and current as Armond quite often adjusts team rosters from the original rosters sent out.

The newest link is Facebook, a social platform (not popular with the elderly) called Saskatoon 60+ Hockey. Facebook is easily able to host high resolution photos or videos from cell phones or digital cameras. Anyone who is a member can post photos or videos of anything related to our league.

We have 44 pages on our website, although Google counts every post as a page and says we have hundreds.
Most of us (2/3) use a direct link to the website. About 1/3 still have to search for it.
89% of visits originate from Canada. 7% from the USA and worldwide is the remaining 4%.
52% use a desktop computer. 44% use a mobile phone. 4% use a tablet (like I do)
Computer Savvy?
I prefer to use an Android phone and a windows computer. Both of them run Google Chrome as a web browser. Apple computers and Iphone users usually prefer Safari as a web browser. Use a bookmark or favourite to save links you often use. On a computer you can even save links right on your desktop for quick use.
