Let’s make it easy by doing the following for the Jan/Feb/ 2025 Session:
Captain’s responsibilities–please do the following:
- We want only one envelope per team into the safe.
- Write the 5 names on the Envelope–the Team number–example-B-4.
- Write down how each paid–cash, cheque or email transfer.
- and the amount for one month or two. If one–name the month.
- Cash and cheques into the envelope please.
- Collect Fees of –$160 for the 2 month Session–$80 for one month
- Did all your players sign 2 Waiver Forms
- Did all your players pay the Yearly Membership Fee of $30
- If subs appear on your team–make sure they pay their $10 Sub Fee and fill in the sub log book
- If you didn’t receive confirmation from your players that they received their schedules/rosters
- Call them!
- Thanks for being a Captain.
Player Responsibilities:
- the Fee for the Jan/ Feb/ 2025 Session is $160–16 games
- If you’re playing both months–try to pay the $160 all at once
- If you are playing only one month–$80
- Pay your Captain by cheque or cash or indicate that you are emailing
- Don’t throw cheques or cash individually into the safe
- If you are emailing your payment and need help–check the Website for details.
- Have you signed your Waiver Forms
- Have you paid your yearly Membership fee 0f $30
- If you’re subbing–$10 in an envelope–into the safe
- Subs pay by Cash or Cheque only
- Subs– be sure and write who you are subbing for in the sub book on the counter
- Once you receive your schedules and rosters–call your Captain to let him know you received the schedule and rosters.
